JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 19 (UPI) -- Jacksonville scored on a pass from Byron Leftwich to Ernest Wilford Sunday and edged the Denver Broncos 7-6.
The Jaguars (2-0) started the season with consecutive wins for the first time since 2001.

Leftwich was just 8-of-16 passing for 120 yards but accounted for the Jaguars' only touchdown with a 12-yard scoring pass to Wilford.
Fred Taylor added 54 yards on 16 carries.
Jake Plummer was 23-for-39 for 250 yards for Denver (1-1), which failed to score in the second half.
