BALTIMORE, Sept. 6 (UPI) -- Daniel Cabrera gave Minnesota just three hits over 7 1/3 innings Monday as Baltimore beat the Twins 4-1.

Cabrera is now 11-7. Reliefer B.J. Ryan finished the eighth for Cabrera and Jorge Julio pitched the ninth for his 21st save.

Jose Leon homered for the Orioles, who have won seven of their last eight games.

Minnesota left-hander Terry Mulholland (4-8) was the loser, giving up four runs, nine hits and four walks in five innings.
