CHICAGO, Aug. 15 (UPI) -- The Colorado Rapids shut out the Chicago Fire 3-0 at Soldier Field Saturday night.
Mark Chung scored the opener just after halftime, getting his second goal of the season. Matt Crawford, on a pass from Chris Henderson, sent a ripping shot inside the far post, making his first score of the season.

In the third goal for the Rapids, Chung served up a free kick from the right, and John Spencer rose to meet it eight yards from goal to head the ball in and finish off the Fire.
Fire head coach Dave Sarachan gave Botswana international Dipsy Selolwane his fifth start of the season.
