MLB: Seattle 4, Tampa Bay 2 (11 inn.)

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Aug. 5 (UPI) -- Randy Winn drove in a run and scored as well during a three-run 11th Thursday night, allowing Seattle to fight off Tampa Bay, 4-2.

The Mariners halted a six-game losing streak.

Miguel Olivo opened the 11th by drawing a walk off Danys Baez (3-2). Justin Leone sacrificed Olivo to second and a single by Jose Lopez put Olivo on third.

Tampa Bay third baseman Geoff Blum bobbled a grounder by Ichiro Suzuki as Olivo scored the go-ahead run.

Winn then singled in a run and, after Suzuki was thrown out at third base, Winn scored on a single by Bret Boone.
