Tiger Woods and last week's U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee winner Carlos Franco had six-under 66s and shared third place at 21-under 267.

Daly, who had a closing 66, trailed Singh by two strokes at the start of the final round. He quickly erased the deficit when he sank a nine-iron from 144 yards for an eagle at the second hole.

Daly ran home a 15-foot birdie putt at the third and birdied the fourth to find himself in the lead.

Singh got his fourth win of 2004. He won at Pebble Beach, Houston and New Orleans. With a $810,000 prize, Singh moved past Masters champion Phil Mickelson into first on the PGA Tour's money list.
