Giants trade for Ricky Ledee

SAN FRANCISCO, July 30 (UPI) -- San Francisco sent reliever Felix Rodriguez to Philadelphia Friday in exchange for outfielder Ricky Ledee and a minor league pitcher.

Ledee played for the Phillies earlier in the day in a loss to the Chicago Cubs. He is batting .285 with seven homers and 26 RBI. He has started 23 games this season for Philadelphia

Rodriguez has been a set-up man for San Francisco. He is 3-5 with a 3.43 ERA. In a nine-year career with four teams, he has a 35-22 record.
