YOUNGSVILLE, La., May 5 (UPI) -- Glynn Cyprien, an assistant coach at Oklahoma State for four years, was named men's basketball coach at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette Wednesday.
Cyprien, 37, succeeds Jessie Evans, who left last month to become head coach at the University of San Francisco.

at Lafayette has a great tradition throughout the years."
Louisiana-Lafayette's Ragin'Cajuns made it to the NCAA Tournament this year.
