James, Anthony, Wade, Bosh, Hinrich chosen

NEW YORK, April 27 (UPI) -- LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh and Kirk Hinrich were named to the National Basketball Association All-Rookie Team Tuesday.

The Cleveland Cavaliers' James, the NBA Rookie of the Year, Anthony and Wade were unanimous choices in a vote by coaches. Each coach was asked to select five players for the first team and five for the second team, but could not vote for his own players.

James averaged 20.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 5.9 assists this season. Anthony, of the Denver Nuggets, averaged 21 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.8 assists.

Wade scored 16.2 points a game for the Miami Heat, Bosh 11.5 points and 7.4 rebounds for the Toronto Raptors and Hinrich 12 points and 6.8 assists for the Chicago Bulls.

The rookie second team consists of Josh Howard and Marquis Daniels of the Dallas Mavericks, T.J. Ford of the Milwaukee Bucks, Udonis Haslem of Miami and Jarvis Hayes of the Washington Wizards.
