New England (16-2) extended its winning streak to 14 games and will play Carolina, winner of the NFC championship game with Philadelphia, in Super Bowl XXXVIII in Houston on Feb. 1.

After throwing for 681 yards and eight touchdowns with no interceptions and leading the Colts (14-5) to 79 points in their first two playoff games, Manning was picked off four times and threw just one touchdown.

After safety Rodney Harrison intercepted a pass by Manning in the Patriots' end zone to squelch a drive on Indianapolis' first possession, Law had the other three.

Tom Brady hit David Givens with a seven-yard touchdown pass 6:44 into the game, the only time the Patriots reached the end zone.
