COL BKB: Louisville 92, Toledo 56

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Luke Whitehead scored 19 points and Nate Daniels added 18 Tuesday as No. 14 Louisville cruised to its eighth straight victory, 92-56 over Toledo.

Taquan Dean chipped in 14 points and Larry O'Bannon 11 for Louisville (8-1), which has not lost since a season-opening setback to Iowa.

Keith Triplett had 11 points for Toledo (7-2), which shot just 29 percent (9-of-31) in the second half. The Rockets, who were down 19-7 just over seven minutes into the contest, also committed 20 turnovers and were outrebounded 41-28.
