NFL: New Orleans 24, Washington 20

LANDOVER, Md., Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Aaron Brooks ran for his first two touchdowns this season and threw a 15-yard TD pass to Boo Williams as New Orleans beat Washington Sunday, 24-20.

Deuce McAllister feasted on the league's 23rd-ranked run defense, rushing for 160 yards on 30 carries -- his ninth straight 100-yard game.

With Patrick Ramsey sidelined due to a mild concussion, Tim Hasselbeck stepped in for the Redskins and completed 21-of-41 passes for 217 yards with an interception.

The Redskins (4-8) got a 94-yard kickoff return for a touchdown from former Saint Chad Morton but squandered a lead in the fourth quarter for the third straight week and have dropped seven of their last eight.

Brooks completed 14-of-30 passes for 121 yards for the Saints (6-6), who have won five of their last seven to stay in the playoff race.
