NHL: Buffalo 4, Florida 3

BUFFALO, N.Y., Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Taylor Pyatt scored with 7:32 left in the third period Friday night as Buffalo rallied for a dramatic 4-3 victory over Florida.

The Sabres spotted Florida a three-goal lead but dominated the final 20 minutes en route to their third straight home win.

Curtis Brown started the comeback with 2:51 remaining in the second and Daniel Briere scored twice in a 6:16 span of the third to forge a 3-3 tie with 6:38 remaining.

Just 66 seconds later, Pyatt fired a one-timer from the slot past former Sabres goaltender to complete the comeback and give Buffalo its first win when trailing by three goals since April 2.

The Panthers appeared in complete control as Stephen Weiss scored twice and Juraj Kolnik added his first NHL goal. They chased goalie Mika Noronen after scoring twice in their first seven shots.
