NFL: Cleveland 44, Arizona 6

CLEVELAND, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- The Cleveland Browns got career performances from Andre Davis and Kelly Holcomb Sunday in a 44-6 rout of Arizona.

The Browns had been involved in controversy and second-guessing after the surprise release of Kevin Johnson, their leading wideout. He had lost his starting job to Davis last week.

Davis finished with career highs of seven catches for 117 yards and one touchdown, and Holcomb, raraly pressure by the Cardinals' defense, completed 29-of-35 passes for a career-high 392 yards and three touchdowns.

The Browns, who led 20-3 at halftime, totaled 484 yards, and set a record for points scored at Cleveland Stadium.

Cleveland (4-6) also got a big day from Quincy Morgan, who had five catches for 116 yards.

The Cardinals (3-7) lost their 10th straight road game dating back to last season.
