The roster was pared from 30 players for the tournament, which begins Thursday in Panama City, Panama and runs through Nov. 10.
Team USA concluded play at the team trials in Phoenix with a 10-3-1 record that included a 9-3 mark against Arizona Fall League Competition.
The final roster, selected by USA Baseball Selection Committee co-Chairmen Dean Taylor and Bob Watson features 10 players with major league experience and five former first-round picks. The manager is Frank Robinson.
Among the players are righthander Todd Williams and outfielder Ernie Young, who were members of the 2000 gold-medal winning team.
