COL FB: Oklahoma 34, Colorado 20

BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Jason White threw three touchdown passes Satuday as top-ranked Oklahoma posted a 34-20 Big 12 Conference victory over Colorado

With Oklahoma (8-0) averaging 45 points per game and Colorado allowing more than 40 in its last five games, many expected a blowout in a rematch of last season's Big 12 title game.

White tossed a 59-yard TD pass to Mark Clayton on 3rd-and-7 to make it 34-20 with 1:59 to play.

Oklahoma opened a 14-0 lead in the first nine minutes on White's 54-yard TD pass to Brandon Jones and Renaldo Works' two-yard TD run.

The Sooners increased their lead to 27-7 on White's 15-yard TD strike to Clayton with 1:37 remaining in the third.

Joel Klatt threw TD passes of 21 yards to Brian Calhoun and nine yards to Derek McCoy in the fourth period.
