Foley, played in 54 games for the Bengals, starting 45. He was drafted by Cincinnati out of Northeast Louisiana in 1998, and has 158 tackles (121 solo), 9 ½ sacks, and five forced fumbles.

Foley spent the entire 2002 season on injured reserve with a dislocated right shoulder.

Spearman started 11 games for the Bengals in 2000, his rookie campaign, when he made 71 tackles and one sack. He missed all of 2001 on IR because of a torn pectoral muscle, and a good portion of the 2002 campaign because of a high ankle sprain.
