Sacramento 76, Charlotte 60

SACRAMENTO, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Rookie Kara Lawson made all five of her 3-point attempts and scored 15 points Sunday as Sacramento won its fourth straight, 76-60 over Charlotte.

A 5-8 guard from Tennessee, Lawson nailed six 3-pointers and scored a season-high 24 points in Thursday's 83-75 victory over Los Angeles.

Sacramento had six players score in a 15-4 run that opened a 37-20 cushion with 3:17 to go before halftime.

Charlotte pulled within 41-35 on Allison Feaster's 3-pointer with 18:45 to play. Ticha Penicheiro answered with a pair of baskets and the lead never dipped below seven thereafter.

Tangela Smith and DeMya Walker each scored 15 points for the Monarchs.

Andrea Stinson led all players with 21 points for Charlotte.
