CLEVELAND, July 29 (UPI) -- Swin Cash scored 24 points and Kedra Holland-Corn added 17 off the bench as the Detroit Shock recorded a 77-65 win over the Cleveland Rockers.
Ruth Riley contributed 10 points and Deanna Nolan had eight and six assists for the Shock (16-6), who moved within one victory of the franchise record for wins in a season.

Cleveland owned a 22-19 lead with 10:34 left in the first half before Detroit went on a 7-0 spurt. The Shock led by 11 points before the Rockers closed to 40-35 at halftime.
Penny Taylor scored 17 points and Chasity Melvin had 13 and eight rebounds for Cleveland.
