Jackson tied a career high with four 3-pointers and equaled career bests for field goals made and attempted.
Cleveland led throughout and built a 16-point cushion early in the second half. The Lynx got within 68-63 with 1:44 left on a layup by Tamika Williams, but Helen Darling hit 3-of-4 free throws in a nine-second stretch to help the Rockers pull away.
Katie Smith, who fouled out with 38 seconds remaining, scored 17 of her 21 points in the second half to lead Minnesota.
