After breaking 70 in each of the first two rounds, the Australian carded an even-par 72.
Meg Mallon, Marianne Morris, Silvia Cavalleri of Italy and Korean Grace Park are tied for sixth at 214.
Only 11 players shot under par, with Norway's Suzann Pettersen carding the low round of the day, a 3-under 69 that moved her from a tie for 42nd into a tie for 10th.
Tina Barrett, the first-round leader, has a 3-over 75 and dropped into an 11-way tie for 10th.
Defending champion Karrie Webb of Australia posted a 1-over 73.
