Okeafor, who turned 27 last month, had 47 tackles and six sacks last season.

In Seattle, Okeafor reunites with former 49er and Seahawks line coach Dwayne Board, an ex-49er, who was hired by Mike Holmgren in January 2003.

Okeafor, a third-round pick in 1999, started just three games in his three seasons with San Francisco before taking over at left end in 2002.

For his career, he has started 19 of 57 games played, and totaled 116 tackles, 12 ½ sacks, and two fumbles.
