SAN JOSE, Calif., March 18 (UPI) -- Theo Fleury scored on a breakaway 86 seconds into overtime Monday night, giving the Chicago Blackhawks a 3-2 victory over the San Jose Sharks.

Andrei Nikolishin stole the puck in the neutral zone and threw a lead pass that Fleury converted into his 11th goal of the season and third game-winner.

Over a week after being placed on waivers, Fleury scored his 30th career goal against San Jose. He scored for the second time in his last four games, which followed the first two healthy scratches of his 11-year career and a 14-game goalless drought.

Fleury also set up a tally by Chris Simon 76 seconds into the contest, and recorded his second multi-point effort since the All-Star break.

Mark Bell had the other goal for Chicago, which has posted consecutive wins for the first time in more than two months.

Marco Sturm and Wayne Primeau scored the Sharks, who were outshot in overtime, 4-0.
