CLEARWATER, Fla., March 1 (UPI) -- Bo Porter delivered a three-run double and Gary Sheffield homered Saturday as a split squad of Atlanta Braves posted a 10-5 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies.

Porter's bases-clearing hit highlighted a five-run eighth inning against offseason acquisition Mike Fyhrie, who is battling for a spot in the Philadelphia bullpen. Fyhrie retired just two batters before being lifted.

Sheffield homered in the fifth inning off Dan Plesac and Mike Hessman added two RBI for the Braves.

Braves starter Trey Hodges, who is battling for a roster spot, struck out three in two scoreless innings. John Ennis gave up two runs in two innings but notched the win.

Bobby Abreu and offseason acquisition David Bell hit two-run homers for Philadelphia.

Phillies starter Brett Myers surrendered one run and three hits in three innings, striking out four.
