Dallas 110, Memphis 103

MEMPHIS, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Shawn Bradley scored 10 points in the fourth quarter Friday night as the Dallas Mavericks avoided their first four-game losing streak in nearly three years with a 110-103 victory over the pesky Memphis Grizzlies.

A non-factor for the first three quarters, the 7-6 Bradley used his lanky frame to his advantage in the final period, getting inside for a number of easy baskets.

After Mike Batiste made two free throws to pull the Grizzlies within two with 4:17 remaining, Bradley scored his team's next six points, giving the Mavericks a 106-99 lead with 2:48 left. He finished with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Dirk Nowitzki scored 31 points and Michael Finley added 29 for Dallas, which avoided its first four-game losing streak since a six-game slide from Feb. 29-March 9, 2000.
