Vancouver 5, Tampa Bay 3

TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Daniel Sedin scored the go-ahead goal with 6:11 remaining and Peter Skudra made 28 saves Friday night as the Vancouver Canucks extended their franchise-record winning streak to nine games with a 5-3 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Known for their top line of Todd Bertuzzi, Markus Naslund and Brendan Morrison, the Canucks have been getting production their second and third lines during their winning streak.

One game after snapping a 16-game goal drought, Sedin gave the Canucks a 4-3 lead at 13:49 of the second period with his third goal of the season.

Sedin's second game-winner in as many games came just 2:03 after Martin St. Louis beat Skudra from just inside the right faceoff circle to draw Tampa Bay even.

Naslund scored his eighth power-play tally of the season and 14th overall while defensemen Murray Baron and Marek Malik netted their first goals of the season for the Canucks.
