contests since Sept. 16-18, 1991.

Seattle remained unbeaten in seven extra-inning games at Safeco Field this season, and improved to 10-4 overall in extra-inning contests.

Jeff Cirillo opened the tenth with a single against Dennys Reyes. Ichiro Suzuki sacrificed pinch-runner Charles Gipson to second before Mike Cameron walked on a wild pitch that left

runners on the corners.

Edgar Martinez was walked intentionally to load the bases and Reyes (4-3) gave way to Cordero. Sierra pinch-hit for Jose Offerman and lined an 0-1 pitch into left to plate Gipson with the winning run.

Sierra is batting .411 (7-for-17) with the bases loaded, but is just 3-for-16 as a pinch- hitter.
