Raptor point guard has knee surgery

TORONTO, May 14 (UPI) -- Toronto Raptors point guard Alvin Williams has undergone arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, the team announced on Tuesday.

Williams averaged a career-high 11.8 points and led Toronto with 5.7 assists per game last season. He was the lone Raptor to appear in every game, including the playoffs.
