KISSIMMEE, Fla., March 19 (UPI) -- Roy Oswalt pitched six outstanding innings and the Houston Astros pounded Kevin Brown en route Tuesday to a 12-0 Grapefruit League victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Oswalt allowed just one hit while walking one and striking out eight over six scoreless innings for his second win this spring. Three relievers finished up the two-hitter.

Brad Ausmus and Jeff Bagwell each had three hits and two RBI for the Astros, who scored four runs in the first inning and seven in the third for an 11-0 lead. Morgan Ensberg added a homer and three RBI for Houston.

Brown suffered the loss after giving up eight runs and six hits in 2 1/3 innings, walking none and striking out none.

The Dodgers gave up seven unearned runs, thanks to a trio of errors.

Paul LoDuca and Alex Cora had the hits for Los Angeles.
