El Aynaoui picked up his third career title and took home $133,000. The 30-year-old has won all five career meetings with Mantilla and claimed his first title since the Gelsor Open in Bucharest last September.
The 27-year-old Mantilla, a claycourt specialist, has nine career titles. Mantilla, who defeated fifth-seeded Bohdan Ulihrach of the Czech Republic in the semifinals, claimed $78,250.
Ulihrach lost to Marcelo Rios in last year's championship match and fell to another Spaniard this time around.
