ICF to provide TSA with support services

FAIRFAX, Va., May 26 (UPI) -- The U.S. Transportation Security Administration has contracted ICF Inc. to provide logistics, planning and program management support services.

U.S. company ICF was awarded the contract from the TSA Office of Security Technology. Under the $10 million award, ICF and prime contractor Deloitte Consulting will provide the TSA Office of Security Technology with ongoing daily support services.


ICF says the five-year agreement includes program management, evaluation and logistics support among other planning and formulation services.

"Our extensive work with TSA, coupled with our experience in managing major systems acquisitions within the federal government, gives us a solid understanding of the agency's technology needs," Andrew Robinson, ICF senior vice president, said in a statement.

"We look forward to supporting TSA's technology and program management needs."
