CARLSBAD, Calif., Jan. 30 (UPI) -- California-based Xenonics Holdings Inc. has received agreements on distribution deals for the company's night-vision technologies.
Xenonics says four undisclosed companies have signed agreements to distribute its family of SuperVision high-definition night vision technologies.
The agreements are with distribution companies primarily serving the U.S. law enforcement market. Officials say Xenonics already has received orders worth approximately $1 million as a result of the new distribution deals.
"Each of our new master distributors has its own network of dealers, so these agreements give us direct access to virtually every law enforcement agency in the United States," Chuck Hunter, Xenonics chief executive officer, said in a statement.
"This is a significant force multiplier for Xenonics that will accelerate our penetration of this key market for our SuperVision products."
