LONDON, Oct. 29 (UPI) -- An 1,800-year-old sculpture of an imperial Roman symbol found in London is regarded as among the best pieces of Romano-British art ever found, experts say.
A Roman eagle in near pristine condition, clutching a snake in its beak, was found by archaeologists in London's financial district, The Guardian reported Tuesday.
