Bork, Starr oppose Microsoft settlement

WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Judges Robert Bork and Kenneth Starr joined antitrust experts and industry groups Monday in opposing the proposed settlement between the U.S. Department of Justice and software giant Microsoft. The judge handling the case should withhold a final decision until a hearing is held on other possible legal remedies, they said.
