Dual bone marrow transplants aids myeloma

ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Cancer researchers report that two bone marrow transplants, starting with a transplant from the patient and following up with a second transplant from a marrow-matched sibling, may increase survival in patients with a type of incurable blood cancer called multiple myeloma.
