Rep. Hastert's office quarantined

WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 (UPI) -- Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert said Wednesday his district office on Capitol Hill has been quarantined after workers discovered a suspicious package. He also said anthrax spores had been discovered in the ventilation system of the U.S. Senate and in mailroom packages, which led to the decision to close the House at the end of business Wednesday, through Monday.
