Ric Flair arrested in road rage attack

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Wrestling legend Ric Flair was released on bail Tuesday after spending nearly a week in jail for an alleged road rage attack near Charlotte, N.C.

A 29-year-old man claimed Flair attacked him on Interstate 495 last Wednesday, TMZ.com reported Tuesday.

The alleged victim said Flair got out of his car, grabbed him by the neck and kicked the door of his Toyota 4Runner.

Flair faces charges of injury to personal property and simple assault when he appears in court Jan. 12, 2006.
