Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Paul McCartney is a doctor who treats Emma Stone in the new music video for McCartney's "Who Cares."

The clip, uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday, features McCartney as a behavioral hypnotist. The pair enter into a mostly black and white world filled with mimes after Stone is hypnotized.

Stone, while donning clown-like makeup and short, bright orange hair, attempts to fight off and escape the mimes who are acting like bullies with help from McCartney.

Stone then wakes up back in the real world inside an empty room when the song come to an end. "Who Cares" features an anti-bully message with its lyrics.

"Who cares what the idiots say/ Who cares what the idiots do/ Who cares about the pain in your heart/ Who cares about you?/ I do," McCartney sings.

"Who Cares" was released on McCartney's latest album titled Egypt Station. The release was the music legend's first No. 1 album since 1982's Tug of War.

McCartney made headlines recently when he performed onstage Beatles song "Get Back" with former Beatles bandmate Ring Starr and Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood.
