Live Nation has said North American dates will be announced next year.

"People keep asking me when I'm retiring," Osbourne said in a statement. "This will be my final world tour, but I can't say I won't do some shows here and there."

Recently, Osbourne took part in his band Black Sabbath's final world tour with a documentary showcasing their final concert titled The End of the End premiering on Showtime in September.

Osbourne's longtime collaborators Zakk Wylde (guitar), Blasko (bass), Tommy Clufetos (drums) and Adam Wakeman (keyboards) will be joining him on the tour.
