Sen. Mark Warner wants to sign petition to have Justin Bieber deported

HAMPTON ROADS, Va., Feb. 5 (UPI) -- During an interview with FM 99, U.S. Sen. Mark Warner made it very clear that he is not a Belieber.

The Virginia Democrat was asked about the whitehouse.gov petition to deport Justin Bieber after the Canadian pop star's recent arrest in Miami. Although the petition now officially requires a response from the White House because it has surpassed the 100,000-signature threshold, Warner would said he would still like to sign.

“As a dad with three daughters, is there some place I can sign?” Warner said.

He backed up his comment on Twitter.

Bieber has a temporary work visa. The White House has said it will respond to the petition within 30 days.
