Apparently it’s not always a good thing when pigs (allegedly) fly…

A South Carolina woman has been arrested for stabbing a coworker in the neck with scissors because she believed that alleged victim had thrown a hog stomach at her.

Greenwood Police arrested 19-year-old Johnnette Brown at her home following the altercation, which occurred in the "kill room" at Carolina Pride on Sunday morning. Brown’s charges include attempted murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

The co-worker denied hitting Brown with the hog stomach and even said that there were no hog stomachs on the table that the two women were working on.

The victim told police she hit Brown with “closed fists in the face and body so she would not be stabbed again.”

Another employee who saw what happened corroborated the victim's story.

After being treated at the nurse's station at the plant, the victim was taken to the hospital.
