Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe A YouTube video posted by a British motorist appears to show a Police Community Support Officer being arrested for drunk driving by his colleagues after he called them for assistance with a traffic stop. After PCSO Andrew Seston pulled over motorist Irfan Mehrban, the driver began filming on his mobile phone when he realized that the 44-year-old officer had been drinking. Advertisement When backup officers arrived on the scene, Seston was breathalyzed and arrested for being over the legal limit. Mehrban recently posted the 80-second video of the April incident online. In the clip, Mehrban can be heard speaking to the backup officers. “Can I have him arrested for drink-driving? I want him arrested for drink-driving,” he says. “We have a police officer getting done for drink-driving outside Lane End, outside the community school. Is he arrested, yeah? He’s in the panda car getting arrested.” Seston later admitted to drinking two bottles of red wine the day before. He has since resigned from Thames Valley Police. Mehrban spoke about the incident: “He stank of alcohol. I don't drink and I don't do drugs, so I started arguing with him because he was drunk. It was then that he called for backup and I rang the police myself. When the other police turned up and arrested him, it was the absolute definition of justice.” Advertisement A spokesman for Thames Valley Police declined to comment about the incident but did reiterate that Seston is no longer employed by the department.
