An Oregon has been arrested and charged with public indecency, resisting arrest and theft after police say they were called to Iggy's Bar & Grill on Sunday to subdue a man who had exposed his genitals and started masturbating at the bar.

The man, later identified as 37-year-old Andrew Frey, had moved into the bathroom by the time Marion County deputy arrived on scene, but he was still masturbating.

When the deputy tried to arrest him, Frey resisted and he was zapped with a Taser multiple times. The two began fighting and a dispatcher, who had been unable to reach the deputy on his police radio, called for backup.

Approximately 15 more police officers responded to the call and Frey was eventually taken into custody.

After being taken to Salem Memorial Hospital for evaluation because of his erratic behavior, Frey admitted that he had used methamphetamine on Saturday and said that he had no memory of any of the events that took place on Sunday.

In addition to the alleged bizarre behavior at the bar, Frey also called a locksmith earlier in the day and then refused to pay for the services he received.
