Nov. 13 (UPI) -- A Florida man who was sick of waiting at a West Palm Beach DMV office took matters into his own hands, literally.
Edward Michael Alvin, 34, allegedly exposed himself to multiple people while masturbating in the lobby of the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles office on Friday.
According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office arrest report, an off-duty Delray Beach police officer intervened and instructed Alvin to stop masturbating. Alvin ignored the request. He was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure and released later that night
Alvin was previously arrested in July for stealing his former boss' car and crashing it while he was intoxicated. He received pre-trial diversion in that matter.
