The officers who observed the couple having sex in the backseat of a Dodge truck noted that both suspects were "very loud" and "argumentative." Unsurprisingly, it was reported that the vehicle smelled strongly of alcohol.
A breathalyzer test was performed on both parties and the man blew a 0.154 while the woman had a whopping 0.216 blood alcohol level. According to the report, they were both staggering and their speech was borderline indecipherable.
Both suspects were arrested on public drunkenness and loitering charges and have a court date set for Jan. 16.
Assistant Chief of Police Dick Lowry weighed in on the woman’s choice of flavorful footwear. "I guess that would speak to her level of intoxication."
