Animation of 'Star Trek' scene from 'Breaking Bad goes viral

An animated version of a scene from the mid-season premiere of AMC's "Breaking Bad" has gone viral.

The almost-2-minute-long clip features the scene in which Badger (Matt Jones) pitches a story-idea about a pie-eating competition aboard the Starship Enterprise to Skinny Pete (Charles Baker).

The short was created by Matt Czap, the self proclaimed "animator, cartoonist and improviser" behind Eatthistoast.com, and it made its debut on Vulture.com Monday. It became a viral sensation shortly after.

"Ever since I was a child it was my dream that people would share and repost my animations to twitter and facebook," Czap tweeted Tuesday. "Thanks everyone!"
