LEGO is the world's biggest manufacturer of tires

The home of the toy building brick, LEGO, is the world's biggest manufacturer of tires, 5 facts revealed Wednesday.

Though it's hard to imagine that the toy maker makes more tires than Goodyear or Firestone, it all makes sense when you think about it in terms of the number of units they produce. According to CNET, in 2011 LEGO produced a total of 381 million little plastic wheels.

Among other facts revealed during Wednesday's episode included Pepsi's big mistake in the Philippines, manic minnows and a failed pigeon educational program.
