The Tulsa Police Department said on Facebook that officers recently engaged in a situation summarized as "cops chasing pigs." Advertisement "Contrary to what the title implies, this was not police officers chasing other police officers," the post quipped. The officers arrived to find a pig running loose through the roadway on East 31st Street. "Officers attempted to detain the swine, however the pig was less than compliant and would not obey commands," police wrote. Officers initially had some success using a sleeve of crackers to lure the squealing suspect. "The overzealous porker took a nibble on the officer's hand and took off running," the post said. "The pig then led officers on a short hoof pursuit before animal control arrived and took the pig to a safe place."
