The Oregon Lottery said Douglas County residents Tammy and Charles L. frequently play the lottery together, and always use a set of numbers made up of their birthdays and a pair of secret digits. Advertisement The couple's numbers earned them a $70,000 Keno prize in 2022, and they have now scored their second big win: $51,000. The pair said their latest winnings will help pay for Charles' upcoming knee surgery and a trip to Hawaii once he's recovered.
