Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe Aug. 21 (UPI) -- Indiana firefighters were summoned to a farm where a horse apparently attempted to get over a gate, but ended up stuck halfway. The Yorktown Fire Department said on social media firefighters responded to a call about a horse "stuck on top of a gate" on its owner's property. Advertisement "Crews used our cutters and spreaders, (typically used for vehicle extraction) to free this horse," the post said. The department said it was "one of our more interesting calls in recent past." The horse was not injured.
