Man catches 67 pieces of caramel corn in his mouth for Guinness record

March 15 (UPI) -- An Idaho man used his mouth to catch 67 pieces of caramel corn thrown by a friend in 1 minute to break a Guinness World Record.

David Rush, who has broken more than 150 Guinness World Records to promote STEM education, used his mouth to catch the caramel corn that neighbor Jonathan Hannon, who is ambidextrous, threw with both hands.

Rush caught 67 pieces in 1 minute, breaking the previous record of 53.

Rush and Hannon were joined in the attempt by Rush's 2-year-old son, who took it upon himself to clean up the caramel corn mess from the floor.
